The time frame given for order time is always met. The customer will inspect and accept the product from Little’s Furniture. If ever a problem arises everyone at Little’s Furniture will take the appropriate action and fix the situation.
Repairs or replacement will be determined by the customer and Little’s Furniture. Our return customer ratio is very high at almost 40% of our business.
The manufacturers all offer warranties with their products and Little’s Furniture will honor those warranties and work with the customer in resolving any problems. This separates us from other retailers that look at their customers as just a profit margin.
